Making the Nadadores even better: That's exactly what the amazing Nadadores staff are doing every day.  We are constantly combing the literature and video libraries for state of the art advances in technique and training methodologies.   As a result our award winning staff is often recruited to speak to other coaches on how to best teach and lead athletes to new heights.

For the past six months the staff has been carefully evaluating the delivery of our coaching.  We've asked ourselves: how can we improve the quality of coaching to meet the ever change needs of our athletes?  Throughout this process we have looked at other sports (from entry level to elite) and looked at both the short term and long term needs of our program.   

As a result of this concerted effort, we are excited to announce a modification in our coaching structure that will allow our 'expert' coaches an opportunity to work with more athletes within their division.  The awesome part of this improved system is that it DOES NOT diminish the attention these coaches currently provide to one or two groups on which they are focusing.   

In this improved system, our elite coaches will establish a closer partnership with our highly qualified part time staff.   In working together these coaches will be able to deliver specialized – and even higher quality – training to a broader range of athletes within each division. 

This system is partly modeled on the highly effective coaching delivery process embraced by colleges, universities, US Olympic Committee National Governing Bodies of Sport.  Additionally, it contains components of successful club programs in Australia and Europe.

We are confident this enhanced system will help us continue our tradition of excellence for many years to come.   Our first 40 years have been amazing – all we can say is "watch out world as we continue to make our mark in all facets of our GREAT program."
